A swap pays a flat amount of the input token, not a percent of the trade. That amount is your flat fee, plus the LP flat fee, plus protocol. Protocol is 10% of your fee and the LP fee added together. Any atoms left over after dividing by 10 are not charged. You claim your part in that token. LPs claim theirs in that token. Protocol’s part stays in that token on the hook.

Each side takes 1%. On a deposit that 1% comes off what you put in, and the other 99% is what mints LP. On a withdraw the full liquidity share comes out first, then 1% comes off those tokens and the other 99% is what you receive. The 1% is split by the same three amounts as weights: yours, the LPs’, and protocol’s. The parts add up to the 1%. Dust goes to the largest weight, and LPs win a tie. If you and the LPs are both set to zero, protocol is zero too and the whole 1% goes to LPs.

Wizards are not paid from the token fee. A crank reads the Lil Wizards royalty splitter and pays the wizards fanout its live share of the ETH sitting on the hook, by depositETH. That share is read when the crank runs. The rest of the ETH stays on the hook for the YAL buy. Token protocol fees stay in the token they were paid in.
